“Anders” means “differently,” and owner and chef Andreas Plattner has indeed “done differently” by making out-of-the-ordinary changes to his family’s former, 50-room mountain hotel. The one-time Hotel Aurora has been downsized but decidedly leveled up as Anders Inn, reincarnated as a more refined, high mountain refuge of contemporary design and culinary modernism.
